O2 and its sub-brands form Germany's largest telecommunications provider. To give nearly 45 million customers more joy when managing their costs and contract, we redesigned the "My O2" and "Blau" app UX to increase its rating from 1.5 to 5 stars. Unusual for a brand with often criticized service quality. And we developed ideas to further increase the app usage - like a wearable app, a feature to share data volume with friends or a gamified dead spot reporter.
